Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Dae hair care routine, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on most products within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging and contain at least 50% of the product remaining to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

    Print Your Label

    Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to download and print at home.

  • 3.
    Pack and Ship

    Securely package your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  • 4.
    Receive Your Refund

    After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
