Are Dae products safe for color-treated hair?
Yes! All of our products are formulated to be safe for color-treated and chemically-treated hair. We use gentle, sulfate-free surfactants that won't strip your color.
Is Dae Hair vegan and cruelty-free?
Absolutely. We are proud to be 100% vegan and Leaping Bunny certified cruelty-free. We never test on animals and do not use any animal-derived ingredients.
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your hair. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
Are your bottles recyclable?
Sustainability is important to us. Our bottles are made from recyclable materials. Please rinse them out and check with your local recycling facility for specific guidelines.
Do you offer international shipping?
